The cancellation fee we charge under regulation 2.3.8 will not be more than £ 1500 + VAT for the cost of each working man-day lost that we incur by visiting or planning to visit your company or its work including any travelling costs or other expenses we actually had to pay. Travelling time may be included in the calculation of lost man days. A.3.2 Appeal Deposit. The appeal deposit (see regulation 5.9.3) will not be more than £ 3000 + VAT. A.3.3 Award of Costs. The total costs awarded against a company under regulation 5.10.9 or regulation 5.10.10 will not be more than £ 5000 (less any appeal deposit which the adjudicator or the board has decided we should keep).
