I am writing to inform you that we have published NSI Technical Bulletin 0046 giving information on the levels of routine (preventive) maintenance performance NSI expects its approved companies to achieve in relation to contractual maintenance requirements. The information in this technical bulletin was previously contained in a document known as NATM 7 but the information has now been updated and the scope of the document expanded to include all NSI approval schemes where there is, or may be, contractual maintenance agreements in place either as a requirement of the approved company’s client or as a requirement of a technical standard or Code of Practice.
