We would like to draw your attention to the recently updated NSI Regulations (now Issue 15). New Section 5.3.19 provides information with regard to withdrawal of NSI approval should the approved company provide false or incorrect information to the SIA. The new NSI Regulations have been attached to this letter for your convenience but please ensure you have access to them in the Approved Company area of the NSI website. Once logged in, select the ‘Documents’ tab and your medal colour and you will find a list of schemes on the right-hand side. Select your scheme from the list to find the relevant documentation. The NSI Regulations form an important part of the requirements for both applications for approval and continuing approval.
