This circular letter informs NSI Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment approved companies about changes in the process of confirming a fire risk assessor’s status as a ‘validator’ under the BAFE SP205 scheme. The new confirmation letters will no longer include the ‘Tier’ of the assessed premises and will require a completed fire risk assessment for certain applications.
