We are writing to inform you of updates to the SSQS 101 Quality Schedule which governs the application of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 for NACOSS Gold approval. The revised Issue 9 introduces several changes that may impact your current operations and is effective immediately. However, in general, the update is minor and has been done to ensure any quoted standards are up to date and that it aligns with other quality schedules. These updates aim to ensure continued alignment with evolving industry standards, NSI codes of practice and best practices. We encourage all affected companies to review these changes to ensure ongoing compliance and smooth implementation. A summary of the changed sections has been compiled and attached as a reference document (Annex A) to this circular letter. This is to assist with your review of changes within the revised document. In general, any standards now referenced will not be dated but it should be assumed that the latest version of the standard is being referred to.
